What are leadership essentials?
As I look back in my life, I see that most of the disappointments, for myself and for others, connect to a failure in leadership.
Likewise, the highlights connect to the effectiveness of leadership, be it personal or organizational.
Working as a teacher, when I saw a child struggling I knew it was a leadership issue of creating the right situation for that child to succeed.

My Story
