Because of COVID-19 our Aloha Leadership Retreat will not happen in 2021 or 2022 as it takes a full year to plan.

The Aloha Leadership Retreat is a fun and amazing experience.
This is an intimate gathering where you will make new friendships and gain deeper appreciation of your courage and aloha as a Montessori school leader.
What participants are saying they enjoyed about the
Aloha Leadership Retreat.
Location of course. The clear outline to follow with the book. Learning from each other’s stories and work. Loved Mark’s advice and sharing his experiences. Clarity of why were there and what we were doing. I think the topic would be good for teachers; or anyone wanting to figure out their plans. It would make a good one day workshop topic with a larger group in the future.
Beautiful setting for some self care and relaxation, alone time for clarity, re-charging for our work. Welcoming and supportive hosting, caregiving, the beautiful meals and prepared environment added to the stress-free atmosphere and “retreat” atmosphere. I felt taken care of which allowed me to focus without distraction. The content was helpful for learning and applying leadership skills for effectiveness and guiding change. Collaborative setting allowed learning from one another and sharing.Lots of clear communication so we would know what to expect, before the retreat, during the retreat, and now after the retreat. Overall, I came home noticing a personal paradigm shift and felt energized for the work of planning and leading changes at our school which had previously left me feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.
I enjoyed the small group. The format worked well. The location, hospitality, and food were amazing!
The environment was relaxing and I felt very special. As for the content, I have already been using the 2 questions to help coach my newest employees. Mark was helpful as well with how to talk with an employee when you need to have them get on board with the schools goals. I look forward to another time to visit and learn from you.
I loved the content and that it was just enough to be able to feel like I could implement into my program. I wasn’t overwhelmed and I felt inspired to be actually be able to use these resources immediately. You were so supportive, welcoming and approachable. Thank you for your support and dedication into ensuring the future success of Montessori programs!
I felt over all it was a wonderful retreat with some wonderful insight. I would sell it more as retreat and plan a day to go see the other side of the island. You did a wonderful job including all of us and I can’t improve on anything much.
